This website was
created primarily for the use of schools in the Brighton & Hove
'Excellence in Cities' cluster while its 'Gifted & Talented' strand was
active during 2004-6, working with children from Years 5-7.
As our projects and lists of resources seem to be of interest to other
schools and we are still getting a considerable number of visitors to the
site - we have continued to add to the G&T

G&TWISE and 'Young
Gifted & Talented' have
added this site to their list of resources. Here are a couple of

BIGFOOT THEATRE
have
worked with several schools within our cluster and also with the
Drama Summer School. They are keen to

Bluestar's animation
workshop has been developed to give children a fun and exciting new way to develop key skills in Art, Media and ICT. click

SAME SKY
have
worked with many of the
cluster schools on an art project for display at the Gardner Arts Centre
(in December) based on the theme of H.C.Andersen's 'The Tinderbox'. See

THE MAGIC LANTERN Magic Lantern is a
film club for children aged 5-12. The specially chosen films include classics
from all over the world and of all genres. Each session includes a small stage
show that that helps children to understand the films that follow.
